Employer of record costs in 2026
The real cost of hiring abroad through an employer of record
An employer of record (EOR) employs your worker in another country for you. We show the full yearly cost in each country, for each provider: the salary, the employer's contributions and the provider's fee.
Official rates
We take every rate from a law, a tax authority or a social insurance body. Each figure links to its source and shows the date of our last check.
Every provider's price
We compare the published prices of 12 EOR providers. We use the price in the currency of the country when a provider publishes one.
Checked to the cent
Automated tests check every calculation, and a person checks every figure before it goes live. Read our methodology.
