Deel pricing in 2026: the EOR fee and the all-in cost
Deel publishes one price for its employer of record (EOR) service: US$599 a month for each employee. This page shows what that price means in our 10 countries: the extra fees on Deel's country pages, and the all-in cost with the salary and the employer's costs.

Deel's price in each country
The published monthly fee, as each country guide shows it. The all-in cost is for one employee for a year, at the default salary of the guide: the salary, the employer's costs and the fee. Fees in other currencies use the ECB rate of 30 Sep 2026.

- Some of Deel's country pages list more costs. Its Germany, Spain, Brazil and Mexico pages list an admin fee of 0.60% (an "employer liability cost"). Its Brazil and Mexico pages list a severance accrual, which Deel returns when no severance is due. Its Germany page also lists a one-off fee of US$80. How much does Deel cost?
Deel's pricing page gives US$599 a month for each employee. In our 10 countries, the price is US$599 a month in US dollars. The salary and the employer's costs come on top, and they are much larger: see the all-in cost for each country in the table.
Is Deel legitimate?
Deel publishes its EOR price, and it says that it employs people through its own company in each of our 10 countries. We check its prices and its claims against its own website. We do not review its service, so ask for references and read the contract before you sign.
Does Deel charge a deposit?
Deel's pricing page does not mention a deposit for EOR. Its Brazil and Mexico pages list a severance accrual, which Deel returns when no severance is due. Ask Deel what applies in your country.
